To be eligible, students must:
• Have completed 18 semester hours of Spanish (including hours received by placement examination)
• Have had at least 3 semester hours of Hispanic literature, culture, or civilization at the 3000 or 4000 level
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in Spanish.
• Have an overall minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
 
We host several functions during the fall and spring semesters, for which all members must participate unless they have already spoken with the president, vice-president, or one of our faculty sponsors.
 
We participate in various philanthropies and occassionally must raise funds to support them.  Members are expected to help with fundraisers and offer ideas to be used for future endeavors.
 
All meetings are mandatory unless other arrangements have been made in advance so that the absent member can get information and have input in our discussions.
